Paper Submission

The official language of the conference is English.

The submission and review of papers for the TEAM 2014 conference will be managed through an online conference paper management system called "EasyChair".

This system gives you, the author, complete control over your submission. You can submit your abstract, upload full paper as well as final version of your paper, and check the review status of your submission.

The submission process consists of five stages:

  1. Setting up an account (unless you have already one)
  2. Abstract submission. Abstracts will be reviewed and the result will be sent to you automatically. Only papers that are accepted in stage 2 will be submitted to stage 3.
  3. Full paper submission. Full papers will be reviewed and the system will notify you of the result. Only papers that are accepted in stage 3 will be submitted to stage 4.
  4. Final paper submission.
  5. Registration


Abstracts are accepted only in plain text format and must be typed into the Abstract field of the "New Submission for TEAM 2014" form of EasyChair. Please do not forget to check (tick) the "Abstract only" checkbox at the bottom part of the form.

In case of full papers and final papers authors are requested to use the following MS Word template. Formatting guidelines are available in the template. Acceptable format: MS Word 2010 DOCX.
